N Family Club invites an Assistant Educator to join our Kingston-upon-Thames nursery. You’ll work with a supportive team to deliver our curriculum, nurture children, and help create an inspiring environment where kids learn through play.

Training opportunities, a generous benefits package, and career progression await the right candidate. No prior experience required, but a genuine enthusiasm for education is essential.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for education and changing children's lives.
• Willingness to complete induction and pursue further training.
• Interest in Paediatric First Aid, safeguarding and EY qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver learning through play and our N Curriculum with care.
• Follow daily routine and support transitions from meals to naps to play.
• Assist in planning innovative learning experiences.
• Support with observations, assessments, and planning for key children.
• Help supervise meals in line with safety policies.
• Complete health and safety checks and escalate concerns.
• Build relationships with parents and carers.
• Embed policies into daily practice and keep spaces tidy.
• Assist with day-to-day tasks to keep the nursery running.
