N Family Club in Kingston upon Thames, London is seeking a Flexi Educator to support our nurseries with flexible hours and varied shifts. You will help deliver our learning through play approach, engage children across age groups, and work closely with parents to ensure a safe, nurturing environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children in an educational setting (nursery, early years)
• Willingness to update safeguarding/child protection training regularly

Responsibilities

• Cover our nurseries when we need you, with flexible start and end times
• Lead our learning through play ethos and our N Curriculum
• Follow daily routines and ensure smooth transitions between mealtimes, naps and play
• Build strong, trusting relationships with parents
• Promote child welfare and safeguarding procedures
