Bright Horizons St Marys Abingdon Day Nursery in Abingdon, OX14 1AA, is seeking an Early Years Assistant to join our team. You will help care for babies and children up to 5 years through interactive play, reading, and creative activities in a nurturing environment.

This is a full-time, permanent role (40 hours/week, Monday to Friday). Prior childcare experience is welcome but not essential; safeguarding, DBS checks, and excellent teamwork are part of our HEART culture.

Qualifications

• Experience with children is ideal but not essential.
• Commitment to safeguarding and teamwork.
• Ability to build trust with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Look after babies and children up to age 5.
• Support learning through interactive play, reading and activities.
