Bright Horizons Early Education & Preschool is seeking a flexible Nursery Practitioner to join the St Marys Abingdon Day Nursery, supporting EYFS delivery and contributing to a stimulating learning environment.

You will engage children with educational activities, help them reach milestones, and work with a team to keep rooms tidy and prepared for daily routines. The role offers bank/agency flexibility with employee benefits and development opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Full and relevant Level 2 or above Early Years qualification
• Previous experience working with children – Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, Early Years Educator, Nanny, Childminder or similar
• Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
• Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults
• Sound understanding of child protection and safeguarding
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable

Salary – Starting from £13.50-£14.04 per annum (dependant on qualification/s and experience)

We’re looking for a flexible working practitioner to join our Bright Flex / Bank team at our St Marys Abingdon Day Nursery. Our Ofsted rated 'Good' Nursery offers 114 places caring for children of 3 months up to 5 years and includes arts and crafts area's, reading corners, imagination area's and a large garden that includes vegetable patches and a climbing frame!

The Role

Working as part of our Bright Flex / Bank team, you can blend the convenience of bank/ agency work, with the security and benefits of being an employee – giving you the best of both worlds!

Within this role, you will support colleagues with their delivery of the EYFS through engaging children in entertaining and educational activities, encouraging their development towards key milestones. You will also work as part of a larger team to ensure all essential day-to-day tasks are completed, such as room tidying and preparation.
