Job summary

Bright Horizons Little Stars Day Nursery in Didcot is hiring an Early Years Assistant to join a friendly team caring for babies and children up to 5 years old. You will support interactive play, reading, and encouraging curiosity while contributing to each child’s development toward key milestones.

The role offers 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexible staff benefits including childcare discount, enhanced parental leave, and a structured development programme. DBS required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children ideal but not essential.
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with colleagues and parents.
• Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults.
• Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child.
