We are an international organization operating in India, USA, and the UK. All our UK nurseries are rated Good or Outstanding by Ofsted and are based in London and Windsor. We are growing steadily, opening 1-2 new nurseries each year. At Kido, we blend practices from Montessori, Reggio Emilia, and Waldorf Steiner approaches, offering a unique curriculum for children aged 3 months to 5 years. What we offer:

On Level 2 Apprenticeship:

• A salary of £18,200 for full-time, 40 hours/week.
• Salary increases to £26,000 once qualified.

On Level 3 Apprenticeship:

• A salary of £19,240 for full-time, 40 hours/week.
• Pay increase to £21,320 after achieving Level 2 competency, usually within 2 months.
• In the second year, a pay uplift to the minimum wage for age.
• Post-qualification salary increases to at least £26,499 plus a £500 bonus in two installments.
• Additional benefits include 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays, birthday off, childcare discounts, referral bonuses, performance pay, career progression, social events, healthcare plans, early pay access, discounted travel, retail discounts, wellbeing support, and cycle schemes.

Requirements:

• No prior qualifications needed for Level 3; passion and experience with children preferred.
• Legal right to work in the UK with UK residency for 3+ years.
• Maths and English GCSE desirable; otherwise, functional skills tests required.
