We are an international organization operating in India, USA, and the UK. All our UK nurseries are rated Good or Outstanding by Ofsted and are based in London and Windsor. We are growing steadily, opening 1-2 new nurseries each year. At Kido, we blend practices from Montessori, Reggio Emilia, and Waldorf Steiner approaches, offering a unique curriculum for children aged 3 months to 5 years. We believe that a mix of free and structured play, an engaging environment, and loving care provide a strong foundation for children’s early years.

Role overview:
As an Apprentice, you will gain practical experience supporting a safe and inspiring environment for children, working towards a recognized early years qualification. The Level 3 course takes about 1.5 years, with flexible progress towards Level 2 sign-off. The role is work-based, with dedicated time for learning and study.
Your main responsibilities include supporting the team in delivering engaging activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), communicating effectively with children, parents, and colleagues, ensuring safeguarding, participating in mealtimes, and assisting with daily nursery operations.
