Responsibilities

• To work with children and aid in planning, delivering and evaluating activities.
• To support with the collection and drop off of school children from local schools.
• To adhere to safeguarding policies and report safeguarding concerns.
• To communicate with children at all opportunities and record observations daily.
• To monitor development and address gaps using the Footsteps system.
• To attend parent meetings and act as a key worker for your group.
