Responsibilities

• Work towards achieving a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Learn all aspects of the Early Years Practitioner role with mentor support.
• Support children to learn, play and develop through engaging activities.
• Observe children’s learning and contribute to development records.
• Assist in creating a safe, stimulating nursery environment.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Learn safeguarding, health and safety, and child development basics.
• Collaborate within a supportive nursery team.
• Develop confidence and skills through structured learning and practical experience.
