N Family Club in Harborne, Birmingham is seeking an Apprentice Educator to gain hands-on experience while working towards your Early Years Apprenticeship (Level 2 or 3). You will rotate through nursery rooms, provide safe, inspiring care, and progress into a qualified educator role after completion.

Responsibilities

• Deliver our ‘learning through play’ ethos and our N Curriculum with care and flair.
• Support our daily routine to ensure smooth transitions from mealtimes to naptimes to playtimes.
• Plan innovative, challenging learning experiences to support child development.
• Carry out high-quality observations, assessments, and planning for key children.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with parents.
• Support mealtime supervision in line with N’s safety policies.
• Maintain clean and tidy areas throughout the day.
• Commit to your apprenticeship path and achieve your Early Years qualification.
