N Family Club in Moseley, Birmingham, is hiring an Apprentice Educator. You’ll gain hands-on experience while working towards your Early Years apprenticeship and, after completion, move into a qualified educator role.

Rotating around nursery rooms, you’ll care for children with our learning-through-play approach. No prior experience is required; we welcome energetic individuals with a passion for education and customer service.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; passion for education.

• 5. Commitment to apprenticeship path and EY qualification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver learning through play with care and flair.
• 2. Support daily routines and transitions between meals, naps and play.
• 3. Plan learning experiences to support child development.
• 4. Conduct observations, assessments and planning for key children.
• 5. Build strong relationships with parents.
• 6. Support mealtime supervision per safety policies.
• 7. Keep areas clean and tidy throughout the day.
• 8. Commit to apprenticeship path and gain Early Years qualification.
