Job summary

Toad Hall Nursery is offering a Modern Apprenticeship in Early Years. You will train alongside our childcare professionals while working towards a Level 3 Early Years qualification. The role is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with 20% of time set aside for off-the-job learning.

No prior childcare experience is required; we provide full training and support to help you succeed, with DBS checks and safeguarding procedures in place. Earn £16,765 per year and join a welcoming team.

Qualifications

• No previous childcare experience required; transferable skills welcomed.
• Full training and support provided to achieve Level 3 qualification.

Responsibilities

• Support children with daily routines, meals, play, naps and personal care.
• Follow nursery policies, safeguarding procedures, and health and safety guidance.
• Demonstrate an interest in child development and learning.
• Be part of a supportive team contributing to a positive Early Years environment.
