Job summary

Storal Learning Ltd, through Blueberry Nursery School in Hove, is seeking an Apprentice Early Years Educator. You will help safeguard, inspire and support young learners while engaging families through everyday activities and the Storal pedagogy.

As part of the apprenticeship, you will learn through hands-on practice, participate in team activities, and complete the required training while developing essential skills in child development and care in a warm, supportive setting.

Qualifications

• 16+ and passion for children
• GCSE English and Maths (grade 2/E or above) or Functional Skills Level 1+
• Commit to a full apprenticeship programme
• Patient and friendly
• Consent to share information with employer for verification
• Max 40 minutes drive by car or public transport

Responsibilities

About the role:

As an Apprentice Early Years Educator you will be a key part of keep our children safe, loved and inspired to learn. Key activities include:

• Applying the Storal curriculum & our pedagogy principles to our children daily

• Seeking out learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes & transitions

• Bond with your children and their families by engaging in meaningful moment

Essentials:

• Are 16 or over, have a passion for children and an aptitude for learning

• Minimum requirements to apply for this role are English and Maths GCSE grades 2 or E or above OR Functional Skills Level 1 or above.

• are able to commit to a full apprenticeship programme.

• are patient and friendly
