Storal Learning Ltd. is hiring an Apprentice Early Years Educator at Farley Steeple Outdoor Nursery School.

You will support the safeguarding, safety and inspiration of young children in an exceptional outdoor learning environment, under supervision, with a focus on play-based learning. Key activities include applying our curriculum, seeking learning opportunities in daily routines, and bonding with children and families to foster curiosity, confidence and belonging in a Wiltshire countryside

Qualificações

• Basic passion for children's development and care.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Good communication with management, peers and parents.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in delivering the Storal curriculum and pedagogy daily.
• Identify learning opportunities in routines like meals and transitions.

About the role:

As an Apprentice Early Years Educator you will be a key part of keep our children safe, loved and inspired to learn. Key activities include:

• Applying the Storal curriculum & our pedagogy principles to our children daily
• Seeking out learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes & transitions
• Bond with your children and their families by engaging in meaningful moment

Essentials

• Are 16 or over, have a passion for children and an aptitude for learning
• Minimum requirements to apply for this role are English and Maths GCSE grades 2 or E or above OR Functional Skills Level 1 or above.
• are able to commit to a full apprenticeship programme.
• are patient and friendly

• Maximum of 40 minute drive by either car or public transport
