Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading childcare teams or settings.
• Experience with children with emerging/additional learning needs.
• Commitment to high-quality early years provision.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management advisory to Flying Start and childcare providers.
• Support and challenge providers on learning environments.
• Advise on curriculum and pedagogy to improve practice.
• Support observation and assessment processes in settings.
• Promote inclusive practice across services.
• Navigate the joint Estyn/CIW inspection framework.
