Job summary

Hatch Training is recruiting a Business Administration Apprentice to support daily administration at the Kenilworth nursery, with remote support for the Coventry nursery. The role is based at Kenilworth and offers a hands-on start in a busy nursery environment, ideal for someone passionate about the Early Years sector.

You will undertake a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship with Hatch Training, gaining a recognised qualification while learning on the job.

Qualifications

• Be aged 16 or over.
• Be able to commute to Kenilworth.
• GCSEs at grade 4/C or above in Maths and English or equivalent.
• Committed to completing a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Kenilworth nursery.
• Support the administration of the Coventry nursery remotely.
• Update children’s and staff records.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation.
• Answer telephone calls and respond to emails.
• Assist with parent and staff enquiries and general paperwork.
