Job summary

Junior Adventures Group seeks a Casual - Childcare Activity Leader at Priory Park Infants School, St Neots. The role covers a split shift during term time with 23.75 hours per week, mornings and afternoons, supporting children aged 4–11 with engaging activities.

You'll lead age-appropriate play, ensure safety and wellbeing, prepare snacks, and manage sign-in/out. A Early Years Level 3 qualification is essential, and DBS checks will be conducted.

Qualifications

• Early Years Level 3 qualification essential.
• Split shift with mornings and afternoons; ability to lead activities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exciting, age-appropriate activities like multi-sports, arts & crafts, group games, and creative play.
• Set up engaging play spaces and keep things safe, clean, and awesome.
• Supervise children with care and enthusiasm, ensuring every child feels welcome, safe, and included.
• Prepare snacks and manage sign-in/out processes with a friendly face and attention to detail.
• Be a team player who can also take the lead when needed.
