Job summary

Junior Adventures Group is hiring a lively Childcare Activity Leader for Clover Leys, Boulton Moor. This part‑time role is split between morning and after‑school sessions, 7:30–9:00 and 3:00–6:00, 22 hours per week during term time, with potential overtime in holiday camps.

You’ll help create exciting, age‑appropriate activities for children aged 4–11. You’ll supervise play spaces, support snacks and sign‑in/out, and contribute to a safe, welcoming club atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Must love working with children.
• Creative thinker with a can-do attitude.
• Team player who can also lead activities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exciting, age-appropriate activities like multi-sports, arts & crafts, group games, and creative play.
• Set up engaging play spaces and keep things safe, clean, and awesome.
• Supervise children with care and enthusiasm, ensuring every child feels welcome, safe, and included.
• Prepare snacks and manage sign-in/out with a friendly face and attention to detail.
• Work split shifts: 7:30–9:00am and 3:00–6:00pm, great for work-life balance.
• Be a team player who can also take the lead when needed.
