Job summary

Ultimate Activity Camps is seeking an Early Years Instructor to deliver structured sports, art and play for 4- to 5-year-olds. You will support welfare, attend inductions, and lead a junior group under EY Leader supervision.

A passion for working with young children and a proactive, team-oriented approach are essential. Roles involve flexible holiday camp work, with training provided and opportunities for progression within the activity team.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering EYFS activities or similar with 4-5 year olds.
• Strong communication with children, parents and team.
• Able to adapt activities for varied needs and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver structured activities for the Ultimate Activity Juniors (ages 4-5).
• Promote welfare and ensure camp policies are followed.
• Attend a Camp Induction Day and help set up the Junior provision.
• Lead as a group leader and liaise with EY Leader/parents.
• Supervise children outside activity times and support ad-hoc duties.
