Job summary

Ultimate Activity is seeking an Early Years Leader to oversee the EYFS programme on our camps, delivering a fun, safe and nurturing environment for 4- and 5-year-olds with energy and professionalism.

You will lead a small team of Early Years staff, coordinate activities, liaise with the Camp Manager and parents, and ensure Ofsted requirements are met while maintaining high welfare and quality childcare at all times.

Qualifications

• Educated to a minimum of Level 3 in Early Years/Childcare or Primary Education.
• Significant experience with 4- and 5-year-olds.
• Strong organisation and communication skills.
• Ability to lead a group of children and manage a small team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of EYFS programme on camp ensuring standards.
• Prepare and deliver sports, arts & crafts and games.
• Direct and support a small Early Years staff team.
• Liaise with Camp Manager and lead Ofsted compliance.
• Be the main point of contact for parents.
