Zusammenfassung

Etive House Care Home, part of Care Concern Group near Oban, is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to support residents with daily living and wellbeing.

You will assist with personal care, mobility and nutrition, following care plans to ensure safe, respectful care. We offer flexible twilight shifts, £14.10 per hour, PVG pension, uniform, and 5.6 weeks annual leave with full training and ongoing development.

Qualifikationen

• Experience preferred but not required.
• SVQ Level 2 desirable or willingness to work towards.

Located in the beautiful village of Benderloch by Oban, we offer small group living accommodation for up to 62-residents.

Care Assistant Contract

• £14.10 per hour
• Flexible Shifts to suit your lifestyle - Twilight Shift (6am - 9am)
• Paid PVG pension, uniform provided
• 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)

Role Overview

As a Care Assistant, you will make a meaningful difference in our residents lives everyday. This role is central to delivering high quality, person centred care that supports dignity, independence and overall wellbeing.

You will support individuals with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, helping them feel comfortable, respected and valued. By following care plans and recognising changes in condition, you will contribute to safe, responsive and consistent care.

Working as part of a supportive team, you will help create a warm and positive environment where relationships matter and people feel truly cared for. This opportunity is open to both experienced carers and those new to care, with full training, guidance and ongoing development provided to support your journey.
