Job summary

HelloKindred in London is seeking a Candidate Interviewing Specialist to join the Early Talent Recruitment Experience and Assessments Hub. You will conduct a high volume of virtual interviews, support in-person final interviews at our London office, and guide managers through the process to ensure a fair, high-quality candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Brings strong experience within recruitment, talent acquisition, candidate assessment, or a related HR environment.
• Demonstrates understanding of UK Early Talent market and recruitment processes.
• Experience conducting high-volume interviews in graduate, internship, apprenticeship, or similar recruitment environments.
• Strong communication skills with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a high volume of virtual interviews and score candidates using the recruitment platform.
• Support in-person final interviews at the London office during peak periods.
• Provide guidance to interviewing managers and support the Interview Coordinator in London.
• Train and mentor new team members on the virtual interview platform.
• Help candidates prepare for each stage of the recruitment process via helpdesk sessions and calls.
• Communicate outcomes to candidates and provide verbal feedback on request.
