Job summary

Wiser, a global employer brand agency, seeks a Learning & Development professional for a fixed-term maternity cover (seven months), working three days a week. The role is based in our London HQ with travel nationwide for facilitator sessions and client workshops.

You will lead design and delivery of Early Careers programmes, line-manage one report, and partner with client stakeholders to evolve development offerings, ensuring exceptional programme experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years learning & development experience.
• Experience improving, evolving and delivering a learning proposition across multiple clients or programmes.
• Experience of line management and performance coaching.
• Proven skill in managing multiple work streams.
• Coaching, facilitation or CIPD qualification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Continuously improve and iterate on the existing development offering for high quality programmes.
• Support design of new Early Talent and management programmes with L&D expertise.
• Own delivery and evaluation of clients' Early Careers behavioural skills programmes.
• Lead client workshops with inclusive, safe environments for growth.
• Line manage one direct report and coach their facilitation and client management skills.
• Build trusted partnerships with client stakeholders for successful delivery and evolution of programmes.
• Ensure programmes deliver an excellent experience and influence work culture.
• Collaborate with client strategy and leadership to win new business and expand programmes.
• Based in London HQ three days a week with flexibility and nationwide travel for facilitations.
