Job Description:

We are currently working on an exciting, exclusive mandate for a long-standing property consultancy client who is seeking a new team member to join their People and Development team.

Reporting into a departmental head, this role focuses on Early Talent and is aimed at candidates with 1–3 years of comparable experience, eager to build a career in early talent.

The role involves coordinating and supporting the delivery of talent recruitment & development programmes, including graduate, apprentice, and internship pathways. It is ideal for someone with foundational HR or early careers experience, looking to take on more responsibility in programme delivery, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement. This is a permanent role due to growth, immediately available, with a salary band of 28-35k. The company values personal and career development and is willing to fund training/qualifications for the right candidate. We seek a warm, engaged, reliable, and professional communicator who builds rapport easily and is a team player.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a committed team in beautiful West End offices.
