Reporting into a departmental head, this role focuses on Early Talent and is aimed at candidates with 1–3 years of experience, eager to build a career in early talent development.

The role involves coordinating and supporting the delivery of the firm’s talent recruitment & development programmes, including graduate, apprentice, and internship pathways. It is ideal for someone with foundational HR or early careers experience, looking to take on more responsibility in programme delivery, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement. This permanent opportunity has arisen due to growth, is immediately available, and offers a salary in the 28-35k band.
