Job summary

Interaction Recruitment in Birmingham is seeking a Warehouse Operative to support loading and unloading activities. The role is based in Birmingham with early-to-mid shifts (08:00–16:00, Monday to Friday) and involves regular manual handling in a busy warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• Physically fit and able to perform heavy lifting.
• Reliable and hardworking individual with good attendance.
• Willingness to learn and contribute as part of a team.
• Experience in warehouse/manual handling is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload containers.
• Manually move and handle stock and goods.
• Ensure products are loaded, unloaded and stored safely.
• Organise stock within containers and the warehouse.
• Check goods for accuracy and any visible damage.
• Use a hand-held scanner to pick products when required.
• Move stock around the warehouse and prepare for dispatch.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
