Job summary

Empowered Personnel in Coventry is recruiting a Warehouse Operative to join a busy warehouse on a 12 week temporary to permanent basis. You will handle picking and packing, aiming to process around 300 orders per day while maintaining accuracy and pace in a fast-moving environment.

The role is physically active, requiring stamina to stand and walk many steps daily. You should be reliable, punctual and able to work Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with pay at £13.46 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations.
• Ability to pick and pack high volumes accurately.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing approximately 300 orders per day.
• Preparing parcels for dispatch.
• Working with live orders and ensuring dispatch deadlines are met.
• Replenishing stock and carrying out general warehouse duties.
• Assisting with incoming deliveries and outgoing goods.
• Maintaining accurate stock records using inventory systems.
• Unloading containers when required.
