Job summary

Home Bargains in Belfast is hiring a Fill Shift Team Member on a part-time basis. You will help stock shelves, assist customers, and keep displays fresh and welcoming. Shifts include early mornings (6am–10am) and up to 16 hours per week, with a salary up to £13.00 per hour depending on age and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide enthusiastic customer service and answer product queries.
• Stock shelves, keep displays neat, and ensure stock is ready for customers.
• Unload deliveries during fill shifts and get stock on shelves quickly.
• Operate tills, handle cash transactions, and assist across Café, Bakery, or Garden Centre as needed.
