Home Bargains in Bangor is hiring Store Team Members for up to 12 hours per week in a part-time, permanent role. Roles include evenings and weekends with pay up to £13.00 per hour depending on age (18–20 or 21+).

Six positions available near Clandeboye Retail Park, West Circular Road. The job involves greeting customers, stocking shelves, and supporting multiple departments from fresh food to Café and Garden Centre.

Responsibilities

• Be the smile that makes a difference: you will be the face of Home Bargains, delivering enthusiastic customer service and helping with product queries.
• Teamwork: support across roles from fresh food to seasonal, keeping displays and workspaces clean and high standards.
• Keep the momentum going: unload deliveries and stock shelves promptly so customers can find what they need.
• No two days are the same: you will be trained across multiple areas including Café, Bakery, or Garden Centre and handle tills and cash transactions.
