Job summary

Job&Talent in Llanidloes is recruiting for a Production Operative to join a leading food manufacturing team. You will support daily production activities to ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently while upholding food safety and quality standards.

Fixed 06:00–14:00 shifts, Monday to Friday, with pay at 13.00 GBP per hour. You must have your own transport to reach the site and be able to lift up to 20 kg. The role offers hands-on experience in a professional food processing environment.

Qualifications

• Good physical fitness and ability to lift up to 20kg.
• Reliable transport to reach the site.
• Available to start at 06:00.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day production activities to ensure efficient order fulfillment
• Handle raw food products as part of a team
• Perform routine tasks related to the slaughtering and dressing of lamb carcasses
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications and site procedures
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, and product quality
