Food Production Operator – Caerphilly

Full‑time - Immediate Starts - Day & Night Shifts

We’re recruiting Food Production Operators for a well‑established food manufacturing site in Caerphilly. This is full‑time, long‑term work with immediate starts and guaranteed weekly hours.

What you’ll be doing

• Production line work — operating machinery, packing, and maintaining product quality
• Food handling tasks — working safely within hygiene guidelines
• Quality checks — ensuring products meet site standards
• Team support — helping the line hit daily targets

Shifts (must be available weekdays & weekends)

• Days: 6am–6pm
• Nights: 6pm–6am
• Full‑time only
• Weekend availability required

Pay Rates

• £12.71 per hour – Days
• £15.89 per hour – Nights
• Saturday & Sunday overtime available
