Job summary

Roche is seeking an ambitious placement student to join a multi-disciplinary team supporting the development and execution of operational strategies for early phase clinical studies. The role involves logistical support, document control, and management of Trial Master Files across diverse disease areas.

The intern will coordinate tracking systems, communicate with study sites and teams, and assist study leaders in developing plans and processes.

Qualifications

• Penultimate or final year student (Year in Industry) required.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Good communication and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide logistical support to a multi-disciplinary team overseeing early phase clinical study activities.
• Develop, maintain and manage study documentation.
• Set up and maintain Trial Master Files per SOPs.
• Organize tracking systems to support studies from planning to close-out.
• Coordinate communication of tracking information with sites and team members.
• Support study leaders in developing study-specific plans and processes.
• Assist with department and site-wide initiatives as needed.
