Qualifications

• Applicants should be in the penultimate or last year of study.
• Ability to come into the office for the majority of the time and work virtually when required.
• UK work authorization; visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Responsibilities

• Provides logistical support to a multi-disciplinary team overseeing early phase clinical study activities.
• Develops, maintains and manages appropriate study documentation and files.
• Sets up and maintains Trial Master Files in line with SOP requirements.
• Organizes and maintains tracking systems to support planning through close-out.
• Coordinates communication of tracking information within the team and to study sites.
• Manages and tracks clinical supplies, patient recruitment, and study metrics.
• Coordinates meetings with investigator sites and service providers/vendors.
• Supports Study Leaders on study-specific plans and processes.
• Contributes to Welwyn site-wide initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.
