Job summary

Anchor Group Services is seeking a Relief Cleaning Operative for Wellington House in Barnsley. The role requires cleaning designated areas to a high standard, with duties including waste disposal, spill response, and adherence to H&S and COSHH regulations.

The position is relief-based on a zero-hour contract with shifts starting as early as 5:00am. Flexibility to cover annual leave, sickness, and other operational needs is essential.

Responsibilities

• Clean designated areas according to site specification
• Empty bins and dispose of recycled waste correctly
• Attend to spillages promptly to maintain safety
• Follow Health & Safety and COSHH regulations
• Use site-specific equipment, machinery and handling chemicals
• Provide superb customer service to on-site clients and customers
• Carry out any other reasonable management requests
