B&Q Exeter Warehouse is hiring a Customer Advisor on a part-time basis (20 hours per week) with shifts 6.00am–10.00am, Monday to Sunday. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, assisting shoppers with home improvement needs, and helping with stock and displays to keep the store looking great.

You’ll learn paint-mixing and timber-cutting basics while developing strong working relationships in a team-friendly environment.

Formación

• Friendly and outgoing; able to help customers with home improvement needs.
• Willing to learn new skills and use new technology.
• Able to work on a rota including weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with home improvement projects.
• Manage stock, set up displays and keep the store looking presentable.
• Learn paint-mixing and timber-cutting basics as part of training.
