Job summary

eTeach UK Limited is seeking an Early Language Lead (ELL) to drive early language improvements across Sheffield, Barnsley and Rotherham within the EYSPH network. The role focuses on delivering high-quality CPD and targeted language support to early years settings, with induction and ongoing professional development provided by the SME.

The ELL will join a program funded to late March 2029, with training from January 2027 and delivery from February 2027.

Responsibilities

• Improving outcomes for children by strengthening PSED, early maths and early language provision across early years settings by delivering high quality CPD.
• Providing targeted subject specific support to early years settings to strengthen practice in PSED, early maths and early language.
• Engaging with professional development networks to deepen expertise and share best practice across the EYSPH area.
