Job summary

City of Doncaster Council is seeking an Early Help Coordinator to lead on the Early Help Strategy across partnerships and provide guidance on safeguarding and risk. The role requires leading practitioner responsibilities and engaging professionals to support children, young people and families.

The post is permanent, 28 hours per week, with pro-rata salary in the £34,434–£38,221 range and pay award pending.

Qualifications

• Experience in Early Help and safeguarding settings.
• Ability to lead on strategy implementation and staff guidance.
• Strong communication and training delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead on the implementation of the Early Help Strategy across the partnership.
• Provide information, advice and guidance on strategies, policies and procedures.
• Ensure high standards for risk identification and management, including safeguarding decisions.
• Engage professionals and families in the early help process and monitor progress.
