Job summary

Clive Owen LLP in the United Kingdom is seeking an Early Careers & Trainee Advisor to own the trainee programme and manage the day‑to‑day operations of the early careers lifecycle.

You will build relationships with schools, colleges and universities, run attraction, selection, onboarding and progression activities, coordinate training providers such as Kaplan, and ensure a positive experience for trainees and managers alike.

Qualifications

• Experience in early careers, recruitment, apprenticeships, learning coordination or HR would be helpful.

Responsibilities

• Building relationships with schools, colleges, universities and other organisations to create a strong pipeline of future talent
• Planning and attending careers fairs, recruitment events and other early careers activities
• Developing and maintaining a proactive early careers pipeline to ensure a consistent flow of high-quality candidates into trainee roles
• Looking for new ways to raise our profile with students and potential future trainees
• Coordinating trainee recruitment from application through to offer
• Planning and organising assessment days and interviews
• Keeping candidates informed throughout the process and creating a positive candidate experience
• Working with managers throughout the selection process and ensuring they have everything they need
• Coordinating trainee onboarding and induction and ensuring new trainees are set up for success
• Maintaining accurate trainee, training and apprenticeship records
• Continuously improving how we support, develop and retain trainees through to qualification and beyond
