Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months experience in an equivalent role with Early Careers population.
• Confident, committed, and calm under pressure.
• Able to cope during busy periods and manage a high volume of work.

Responsibilities

• Provide development and pastoral support to Early Careers joiners.
• Deliver the candidate attraction strategy and attend campus events.
• Screen application forms and conduct interviews for the First Year Insight Scheme.
