Teaching Personnel are working closely with secondary schools in Portsmouth, Waterlooville and Havant as well as the surrounding areas, who are looking for ECT's who have recently completed their PGCE. We work with a huge variety of schools from State, to Private and Independent, as well as schools with challenging behaviour, to schools with an Ofsted grading of 'OUTSTANDING'. There are opportunities for Early Careers Teachers, to secure temporary or permanent roles, including ad - hoc supply which is a fantastic way to experience working in different schools before making a longer-term commitment. Registering with Teaching Personnel enables you to form a working relationship with your local consultant, who can support you through the early and exciting stages of your teaching career. You will also have the option to explore other sectors should you wish, including Primary and SEN, as well as Secondary.
