Teaching Personnel offers flexible supply teaching opportunities across Dorchester and surrounding areas, starting September 2026. Roles include day-to-day and short/longer-term assignments across KS3 and KS4, with both full-time and part-time options and regular weekly bookings.

ECTs and experienced teachers are welcome to register. All roles pay weekly through PAYE, with rates competitive based on experience, and no umbrella company involved.

Teaching Personnel is working with a range of secondary schools across Dorchester and the surrounding areas that are looking for enthusiastic and dependable Supply Teachers to support their staffing needs from September 2026.

We have a variety of opportunities available, making this ideal for teachers who want greater flexibility, regular classroom work, or the chance to experience different schools before committing to a longer-term position.

Supply teaching roles are available across mainstream secondary schools, with opportunities to work with students across KS3 and KS4.

Depending on your availability, assignments may include:

• Day-to-day supply teaching

• Short-term and longer-term cover

• Full-time and part-time positions

• Regular weekly bookings

• Half-term or longer placements

• Potential temp-to-permanent opportunities
