The Role:

Job Title: Early Careers Recruitment Advisor

Salary: £45,000 (DoE)

Location: London – Hybrid working

What would I be doing day to day?
  • Manage all Early Careers data and MI
  • Build relationships with external attraction partnerships
  • Manage regular Early Careers team meetings - circulate the agenda, gather information, and circulate topics discussed
  • Assist and guide the Early Careers Assistant, including interviews and recruitment days
  • Work closely with the Early Careers Development Team and HR
  • Assist with Early Careers Marketing and Events
  • Keep up to date with industry developments
  • Screen applications
