Job summary

WTW is seeking an Early Careers Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple business areas across locations. You will drive candidate attraction, screening, assessment and onboarding, including campus events and internships, while engaging with stakeholders to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

The role is hybrid, with regular travel to London offices and events. You’ll join a supportive Global Early Careers team offering training, mentoring and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of full life cycle, high volume early careers recruiting within a fast-paced recruitment environment.
• Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
• Exceptional stakeholder relationship skills with quick relationship building.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Data driven approach to recruitment and reporting.
• Capable of working under pressure, independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute a defined recruitment strategy for early careers across multiple locations.
• Coordinate candidate attraction, screening, assessment centres and offers.
• Lead assessment centre activities and provide feedback to candidates.
• Maintain real time trackers and reporting for a seamless candidate experience.
• Coach interns through conversion and extend offers to successful candidates.
• Communicate with stakeholders and craft presentation decks for reviews.
