Job summary

Anglian Water is seeking an Early Careers Recruitment Advisor to attract and recruit apprentices and graduates, delivering engaging campaigns, events and assessment centres across the region.

You will work closely with Hiring Managers, Early Careers and business partners to ensure a professional, inclusive candidate experience from application to onboarding, with regular travel and early starts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment, ideally in an internal environment.
• Strong stakeholder management with the ability to build relationships.
• Experience planning and delivering recruitment campaigns and events.
• Excellent organisation, coordination of campaigns, events and assessment centres.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to tight timescales.
• Full UK driving licence for regular regional travel.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver end-to-end Early Careers recruitment activity, including apprenticeships and graduate programmes.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers, Early Careers and Business Partners to ensure a consistent candidate experience.
• Manage recruitment campaigns from attraction through to selection, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Create and adapt recruitment materials and adverts to attract suitable candidates.
• Plan and coordinate attraction events, assessment centres and candidate activities.
• Support candidates throughout the journey from application to onboarding.
