As an Early Careers Recruitment Advisor, you’ll play a key role in attracting, engaging and recruiting our apprentices and graduates, helping to shape the future workforce of our business.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter who enjoys building relationships, delivering engaging recruitment campaigns and creating positive candidate experiences.The role involves planning and delivering recruitment events, attraction campaigns and assessment centres, so flexibility is important. You’ll be comfortable with regular travel, early starts (typically arriving on site from 7.30am to set up) and overnight stays in hotels as part of campaign delivery.You’ll need to be highly organised, able to manage competing priorities and confident coordinating multiple activities at pace.What will you be doing?As an Early Careers Recruitment Advisor, you will be responsible for the end-to-end planning and delivery of our Early Careers recruitment activity, including apprenticeships and graduate programmes.Working closely with Hiring Managers, Early Careers, Business Partners and a wide range of stakeholders, you will ensure a professional, inclusive and engaging experience for candidates and stakeholders throughout the attraction and recruitment process.Your key responsibilities will include:Supporting the delivery of a robust Early Careers recruitment strategy across the regionManaging recruitment campaigns from attraction through to selection, ensuring activity is delivered on time and effectivelyCreating, producing and adapting recruitment materials and adverts to attract and assess suitable candidatesPlanning and coordinating attraction events, assessment centres and candidate activities, including preparation of materials, logistics and stakeholder involvementManaging multiple recruitment timelines and priorities, adapting plans when required to meet business needsSupporting candidates throughout the recruitment journey, ensuring an excellent experience from application through to onboardingWhat do you need?To be successful in this role, you’ll have:Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within an internal recruitment environmentStrong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders across the businessExperience managing multiple priorities and delivering recruitment activity within a fast-paced environmentExcellent organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate campaigns, events and assessment centres effectivelyExperience preparing for and supporting assessment centres, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for candidates and stakeholdersStrong attention to detail, with the ability to manage logistics, timelines and competing demands while maintaining a high-quality candidate experienceThe ability to adapt quickly, problem-solve and deliver at short notice when priorities changePrevious Early Careers recruitment experience would be beneficialStrong IT skills and confidence using recruitment systems and digital toolsA full UK driving licence, as regular travel across the region is requiredWhat’s in it for you?At Anglian Water, we invest in our people.
