Hays Education has recently seen an increased need for local Special Educational Needs Teachers in Schools across Northamptonshire for day-to-day and long-term supply, with the potential for permanent contracts.
Here at Hays, we work with a number of schools across Northamptonshire, covering areas such as Northampton, Corby, Kettering, Wellingborough, Rushden, Daventry, Towcester, Brackley, and surrounding areas. This means as a Teacher working through Hays, you will have local work in your area, covering schools you prefer.
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a SEMH (Social, Emotional, Mental Health) Secondary School in Towcester for young people aged 11-18 with behavioural, emotional, and social difficulties who have not been able to settle into mainstream provision. The school is growing, currently with over 63 students. It features a vocational hub and follows the National Curriculum, allowing students to develop skills in areas such as Motor Vehicle Studies, Construction, Hair and Beauty, and Engineering.
We are recruiting a full-time Special Educational Needs Teacher to join the team ASAP on a temporary to permanent basis. We seek exceptional individuals who thrive in challenging environments to work with our school's pupils.

The successful candidate will be a confident teacher with Qualified Teacher Status. Graduates with relevant degrees and experience working with children are also encouraged to apply.
