TJX Europe is launching an Early in Career IT Engineer program in Watford, offering immersive learning, hands-on application, and coaching from trainers and a technology mentor. You’ll start in a global cohort with pathways in Platform Engineering, Data and Automation, or Security/Software Development.

Qualifications
- Computer Science or related STEM degree required.
- You must have the legal right to work in the country you are applying to.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers in an Agile environment to identify innovative technology solutions.
- Design, code and/or test software solutions.
- Devise better analytics, data visualization or explore how AI can help us be more efficient.
- Partner with Global IT organization across U.S., Canada, Europe and Australia.
- Review and evolve current processes.
- Work autonomously and collaborate in groups to tackle challenges and complete assignments.
- Present solutions and share your work throughout the organization.
