Job summary

TJX Europe is offering an 11-month placement for digital innovation enthusiasts in Watford. You’ll work hands-on with a team, solving live issues from day one and gain insight into how technology accelerates business performance.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Business/IT/Management degree or any degree with a demonstrable passion for IT, and possess a collaborative mindset, curiosity, and enthusiasm for learning in a fast-paced retail tech environment.

What You’ll Do

As part of our 11‑month Placement program, the first few months provides an opportunity to get to know your team and understand how they work. You’ll be given real hands‑on experience from the beginning – solving live issues.
