TJX Europe is offering an 11-month placement program in digital innovation, located in Watford with a hybrid work model. You’ll gain hands-on experience across software development, data analytics, and enterprise systems while collaborating with diverse teams.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Computer Science or related STEM degree and are curious about how technology drives business, with a collaborative mindset and a strong interest in improving processes.

You may find yourself developing bespoke software to help buyers strike deals; or devising better analytics and data visualization tools in data warehousing; or configuring the core enterprise systems that run our business.

What You’ll Do

As part of our 11-month Placement program, the first few months provides an opportunity to get to know your team and understand how they work. You’ll be given real hands-on experience from the beginning.
