Job summary

Spectrum.Life is seeking a Junior Product Manager to support the delivery of products from discovery through launch and ongoing improvement. You will collaborate with clinical, commercial, technical and data teams to turn needs into clear requirements and help take products to market while maintaining safety and governance.

You will work under the Head of Product and with more experienced Product Managers to grow your scope, confidence and ownership as you contribute to roadmaps, prioritisation

Qualifications

• Around two years’ experience in a product management or closely related role.
• Structured approach to problem solving with ability to learn quickly.
• Good experience of Agile delivery and writing clear requirements.
• Clear prioritisation using evidence and a framework.

Responsibilities

• Support product strategy, roadmap and align with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering, clinical, commercial and data teams.
• Translate user needs into epics, features and acceptance criteria.
• Plan releases, manage backlog and run sprint ceremonies.
• Deliver high-quality releases on time and document changes.
• Support go-to-market activities and post-launch iteration.
• Maintain documentation in Jira/Confluence and ensure governance.
